Storytelling Through Audio

It’s important to make sure that your content is aligned with where your prospective clients are giving their attention.

Our attention used to be the television and radio.  Today, it’s much more segmented.  One form of consumption that has and will remain to be very strong across the delivery of all messages is audio.  We remember so much of what we hear and with small business, it’s all about the repitition of the message.

I find that small business owners understand that they have to be on top of their content game.  I believe, a majority, are now comfortable with blogs and understand the power of having good videos - because they know how much time they too spend consuming those good looking videos every single day.  The channels which we watch the creative has changed and will continue to change.

The question remains is your business staying on top of where the eyeballs and ears are going?

People listen, watch, read and waste time on demand.  We have channels we go to learn more, we have channels we go to get inspired, we have channels we go to help get our blood pressure up and we have channels to completely goof off.  Today, entrepreneurs, small businesses, people that make a living selling products or services have the opportunity to continuously tell their story and pull in new customers each and every day.  If you’re business is looking for content for social media, you need to increase your engagements on email marketing and you need to make revenue go up - consider getting your story out there with audio storytelling.

I started Kickstand after taking my own podcast to New & Noteworthy on iTunes after 6 episodes.  We understand search engines and we understand what people are accustomed to hearing.  When you take an authentic story and align it with the right channels and execute; your brand grows.
